What is NLP?
Learning and applying NLP is about discovering how you do the things you do and how you can change them, if you so choose. How do you react to others or situations? How do you view the world and how do you respond to it?
We're often barely aware of our behavioral patterns. How valuable would it be to become more aware of your communication and its impact? What patterns are visible, what are their consequences, and how did they develop? And how could things be different—at work, in a relationship, with friends, family, or your children?
